Our Mission
In recent years, more and more governing authorities are adopting stringent load requirements for all building systems (barns, storage sheds, workshops, etc.) and requiring engineering plans sealed by a professional engineer.
Pine Tree Engineering has seen this growing need and now specializes in providing analysis of post-frame building systems, including wind loads, seismic loads, and applied live loads.
PTE is a licensed engineering firm and able to provide services to clients in Louisiana and Texas.
Our Process
PTE takes your building information from drawings, site visits, bills of materials, etc. and provides detailed engineering packages suitable for permitting and construction tailored to your needs.
PTE performs analyses in compliance with ASCE 7, the International Building Code (IBC), and the American Wood Council's National Design Supplement for Wood (NDS) using modern calculation methods and software to ensure that your building is satisfactory.
